This service includes design, standard finish and furniture selection, documentation of common areas that include but not limited to elevator lobbies, elevator cabs, restrooms, vending areas, and connecting corridors for both new and existing building structures.

Code Review: Texas Accessibility Standards Variances Administration
AMB uses standard calculations method set by the Building Owners and Managers Association when measuring floor areas. We design and create color-coded floor plans to assist in illustrating the calculation of space for prospective clients.
The net rentable area (NRA) and net usable area are calculated and correlated into a spreadsheet for use by the client. These calculations can be of assistance for future use, should the floor or the building change in an interior aspect or be sold altogether. Post construction NRA calculations may be required by the lender when the construction of a new building is complete before finance finalization.
On site field verifications are documented and maintained by AMB for both client and AMB use.

AMB strives to team with the construction consultants to ensure the client of a swift and thorough turnaround on time and quality when managing projects from programing through construction. We understand these elements are vital to the effective move in or re-open date for all businesses and aim to ensure the lowest possible downtime.
AMB uses CAD to create and maintain all control books for clients. This includes all lease terms and existing condition documents
AMB can be of service when clients wish to advertise their space for lease or for selling purposes by creating marketing brochures and multi-tenant leasing strategies
We are able to compile area calculations, stacking plans, background drawings, building standard specifications, and detail manuals, as well as create typical space plans for clients. This allows for a better understanding of the client space and how to facilitate any design aspects desired.
